National Night Out 2003

Kessler Plaza residents gathered in Moss Park on August 6, 2003 to celebrate National Night Out. More than 75 people attended the annual event designed to heighten crime and drug prevention awareness and generate support for local anticrime programs. Neighbors enjoyed a fly over by a police helicopter and a visit from the mounted patrol of the Dallas Police Department. Participants also enjoyed hot dogs and soft drinks courtesy of our neighborhood Tom Thumb store.
