When is trash picked up?
Trash is collected each Monday and Thursday. The City of Dallas provides a roll cart that is placed curb-side for garbage collection. The carts may be placed curb-side the evening before the collection day.

When is brush and bulky trash picked up?
Brush and bulky trash is collected from the front curb during the week of the second Monday of each month. Items should not be set out for pick up earlier than 7:00 A.M. on the Thursday preceding the collection week. Do not put out for brush collection bagged grass clippings, new construction or remodeling materials such as lumber or roofing materials. How do I recycle my trash?
Items for recycle are collected from the front curb every other Thursday. Itemsincluding paper, plastic, metal and glassshould be placed in either a blue roll cart or in a blue recycling bag. How do I register to vote?
To register to vote, you must complete and sign a voter registration card and return it to Registrar of Voters. Click here for additional information.

Where do I vote on Election Day? Can I vote early?
Registered voters living in Kessler Plaza typically vote on Election Day at the Jefferson Blvd. Church of Christ. Voters can also vote in advance of election day. Click here for additional election information.

How do I appeal the tax appraised value of my property?
You can protest any of the actions that the Appraisal District has taken on your property by contacting the Dallas Central Appraisal District at (214) 631-0910. Click here for more information on the protest process.

Where is our post office located?

Who regulates cable TV?
For Time Warner Cable customers in Dallas, the monthly rates for basic service, converter box, remote control, and one-time service rates are set by the Dallas City Council. The monthly rate for expanded basic service, premium services (HBO, Showtime, etc.), pay-per-view and digital services are not regulated and are set by Comcast.
